When you go there you can see lots of residential buildings. In addition, you can also visit the Bibliotheque Nationale of France (the National Library of France).
Arrondissement 13, Street Art in Paris
One of the unique attractions of arrondissement 13 is street art. It is something very appreciated from who lives in Paris too.
In the 13th arrondissement, you can find lots of different murals. Art is always a mirror of its era. So, in this case, you will see Paris thrhough a very special point of view. Arrondissement 13 districts are Salpetriére, de la Gare, Maison-Blanche, and Croulebarbe. The most known roads are Avenue de l’Italie and Place de l’Italie. You can go in this arrondissement to walk in one of the parks that are there. For example, you can go to Parc de Choisy, Kellerman or Moulin de la Pointe.
If you want to go there by underground, note down the main stations! Gare d’Austerlitz, Bibliotheque François Mitterando, Campo Formio, Chevaleret, and Corvisart are important. Glacier, Les Gobelins, Maison Blanche, Nationale, and Olympiades are useful too. Place de l’Italie, Porte d’Italie, Porte d’Ivry, and Porte de Choisy refer to the ancient gates of the city. Quai de la Gare, Saint-Marcel and Tolbiac are in the thirteenth arrondissement too.
