Max 4 people. This one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment comes with 1 double bed in the bedroom, and 1 sofa bed in the living room. I think it is a good accommodation for a family or for couples of friends. It also is the perfect accommodation if you are planning business travel to Paris. This accommodation is close to many conference centers.

The guests of this apartment are super-happy with everything: the location, the cleanliness, the staff, and its value for money.

Since the whole apartment is not huge – it’s 30 m square long – the furniture is very essential. What I like the most about the interiors is the wooden floor, along with the windows. From this apartment, you have a good view of Paris, which is not common in short rentals accommodations. This short rentals apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen as well. It includes a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge, and a stovetop. The bathroom is essential but comes with all you need, including a shower.

Con 🙁 : it can accommodate up to 4 people but 2 of them must sleep on a sofa bed which is uncomfortable if you are planning to stay in Paris for more than a few days.

The location of this short rentals accommodation is not one of the most impressive but it’s still very interesting. I recommend it because of the metro stations in the neighborhoods – Picpus is the closest. Plus, there are many shops, groceries, and fast foods in this area of Paris, which may be good if you don’t feel like cooking when you are on vacation.
Besides the attractions you can visit on foot, I suggest taking a walk to the Promenade Plantée.
