Summer 2020 in Paris, what to do
Even if most of the events in Paris in Summer 2020 have been canceled or postponed due to Coronavirus, there is still a lot to do during the sweetest season! Some traditions never die, and that is why you can still enjoy Parisian Summer breeze on the most beautiful terraces, or even from a Middle Age castle! Here is my collection of ideas about what to do in Summer 2020 in Paris.
What to do in Summer 2020 in Paris
- Candlelit dinners
If you have always dreamed of a candlelit dinner in Paris, you can make your dream come true this summer. The Chateau de Vaux le Vicomte is so big that you can continue joining events being safe. During Summer 2020, from July 4 to October 3, you can book for Candlelit Dinners at the Chateau de Vaux le Vicomte!
- La Javelle terrace
La Javelle is the place to go during Summer 2020 in Paris. That is because there is a big terrace where you can relax, drink or yeat tasteful food. It is the spot where to chill after a complex year! Port Javel Bas is the landmark you have to note down to be sure to go to the right place, in the neighborhoods of the Seine.
- Tour Saint-Jacques
The Tour Saint-Jacques is one of the oldest towers in Paris. It will reopen from June 27 to November 8, 2020. It is the perfect range of time to join a tour that will let you see one of the most panoramic views in Paris. Visits are allowed in small groups. The top of the tower is just 300 stairs away!
- Splash pads
Splash pads in Paris are spots where you can walk through the water. In many parks in Paris, there are splash pads and water games that instantly fresh you up! Besides Paris Plages, note down these places: Parc AndrĂ© Citroen, Jardin d’Acclimatation, Parc Martin Luther King, Trocadero, Place de la Republique.
