Paris Metro Line 7 and Metro Line 7 bis

You can recognize Paris Metro line 7 from its pink color.

Paris Metro Line 7 bis are identified by light green color.

It could be a bit confusing to take Paris Metro line 7 because some stops may vary based on the final destination of the train. You can see how in the following lines.

Paris Metro Line 7 is very useful to go to some central areas. Plus, its route involves la Gare du Nord that is a very important station.

If your accommodation is close to one of these stops, remember that to take the RER to the airport you have to get off at Chatelet.

As for the other metro lines, the first one in the morning is at 5.30 and the last one at 00.30 a.m.

Paris Metro Line 7 bis

Paris Metro Line 7 bis takes you from Luis Blanc to Pré-Saint-Gervais. Its stops are:

  • Jaourés (Arrondissement 19)
  • Bolivar (Arrondissement 19)
  • Buttes Chaumonts (Arrondissement 19)
  • Botzaris (Arrondissement 19)
  • Pré-Saint-Gervais (Arrondissement 19)
  • Danube (Arrondissement 19)

It is a very peculiar metro because starting from Botzaris it does a circular route that involves Place des Fetes, Pré-Saint-Gervais and Danube!

Taking this line you can switch to other metro lines but you won’t find any station from which you can take the RER.
