Things to do for Couples in Paris

  • The Musée de la vie Romantique
Le Musée de la vie Romantique – i.e. Museum of Romantic Life –  is in a lovely 19th-century building close to Montmartre. The first floor is dedicated to the life of writer George Sand and her bond with Chopin. You will see paintings, personal objects, and love letters. The second floor houses a collection of paintings, sculptures, and other memorabilia that reflect the true spirit of romanticism in different forms.
Outside the museum, you have the chance to admire a small flower garden. There you will find a small café, perfect to take a break!
The Musée de la Vie Romantique address is 16 Rue Chaptal. It is open from Tuesdays to Sundays, from 10 am to 6 pm. It is closed on Mondays.

  • Watch the sunset from the Montmartre hill
You can get one of the most evocative views of Paris going to Montmartre! After visiting the Sacre-Coeur Cathedral, one of the main Parisian attractions, you can sit in the large and panoramic square in front of the church. Plus, you can enjoy the local atmosphere. Montmartre is a district with a deeply artistic and bohemian atmosphere!

  • Sunset on the Seine
Taking a romantic walk along the Seine is a must-do for a couple. It is an enchanting walk I suggest doing at sunset. Going from Pont Neuf to Pont de Sully is one of the best routes to follow. This way, you will see the Arab World Institute, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and other historic buildings. To see the Eiffel Tower, the reference is Pont de la Concorde. Would you add a plus to your experience along the Seine? Go for a cruise!
