Before advertising your accommodation everywhere be sure that it is provided with everything a guest may need. Starting managing accommodation in Paris is not easy as it seems, and to be sure to collect the best reviews you must be sure you are actually ready to host people. Here is what can’t miss from proper accommodation.

From home to accommodation

One of the best things you can do to be sure that your accommodation is provided with everything necessary is to make a list of all the accessories your guest may need. To make this list more effective divide it by room.
For example, make sure that in the kitchen section you have: cutlery, breakfast cups and coffee cups, a coffee machine, a large pot, and a non-stick pan, a griddle, a kettle. Don’t forget to include a tablecloth and napkins, a couple of tea towels and a towel, detergent, and soap.
In the bathroom, you should include a hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, and enough towels for all guests. Consider 3 towels for each person: small, medium, and large. Include an additional tower for the hands and the mat for the shower.

In the bedrooms, you can’t miss including hangers, hangers in the wardrobe, a suitcase stand, and rugs. A plus may be having an extra blanket in the closet and two spare pillowcases.
The living room is the perfect place to stay all together, especially for a family. Provide the living room with a TV, some magazines or books, and restaurant brochures. And what about a list of what’s needed in the hall? I think at least a hanger at the entrance and a shoe rack.
